Beth Higgins, PA-C, joined the Department of Neurosurgery after graduating from the Weill Cornell Physician Assistant Program in 2007. Prior to becoming a physician assistant (PA), Beth pursued her undergraduate degree at universities in Dublin and New York, and obtained her BSc in experimental psychology. She entered the field of neurophysiology research, managing a neurophysiology lab in a psychiatric center in New York and serving as a consultant in Ireland and Costa Rica.
Beth is currently a Senior Physician Assistant caring for the inpatient population and assisting in surgery. In addition to inpatient care, Beth is involved in improving EMR and utilizing technology to improve patient care and safety.
