Symptoms of a Vascular Brain Tumor

The symptoms of a vascular brain tumor include:

  • Loss of balance or coordination
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Headache
  • Vision changes
  • Hydrocephalus


Since these common symptoms could be signs of any number of disorders, an accurate diagnosis by an experienced neurosurgeon is critical. Patients should also be screened for renal cancer, adrenal tumors, and retinal abnormalities to rule out Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome (VHL).
