Our administrative offices, along with a small clinical office, are located in the Starr Pavilion of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Starr can be reached from the main hospital entrance on East 68th Street or through the revolving doors at 520 East 70th Street (east of York Avenue). We are on the 6th Floor: Suite 651.
