The Weill Cornell Brain and Spine Center is committed to education — not only for medical students and residents but also for other physicians and neurosurgeons worldwide. Our Continuing Medical Education courses cover research updates as well as state-of-the-art techniques in minimally invasive brain and spine surgery, and transcranial and endoscopic approaches to the skull base.
Surgical Approaches to the Skull Base
This unique hands-on course is conducted four times a year at Weill Cornell’s state-of-the-art Surgical Innovations Laboratory. Participating surgeons work at 3-D interactive cadaver workstations, where they watch cadaveric dissections and review surgical anatomy — all in 3D — before and during their own dissection.
Individual Training Course
This one-on-one training opportunity is taught by Dr. Bernardo and may be customized to the surgeon's preference.
