Dr. Nelson Moussazadeh, a fourth-year resident in neurological surgery, was recently recognized by the Shining Star program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Patients and family members are invited to name Shining Stars who provided exceptional patient care during their treatment here. Dr. Moussazadeh was cited by a patient who said that he “kept me informed, tended to my needs, and treated me with respect.” The patient also noted that Dr. Moussazadeh is “excellent as a doctor, and informative every step of the way.”
Dr. Moussazadeh is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Medical School, and he joined the resident staff at the Weill Cornell Brain and Spine Center in 2010. The faculty and staff of the Brain and Spine Center congratulate Dr. Moussazadeh on being recognized for his compassionate care of his patients.
