"Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery: Techniques, Evidence, and Controversies," an AOSpine text co-authored by Dr. Roger Härtl and Dr. Andreas Korge, has now been published in China. Publication of the translated text was announced at the 2014 International Forum of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, held in Shanghai in October.
The text, published last year in the United States, includes more than 500 pages of surgical techniques, illustrations, case images, tips and tricks, and research. The book examines a range of minimally invasive techniques, including the background and pros and cons of each as well as historical and modern-day controversies relating to it.
