Eliza graduated cum laude from Cornell University, where she majored in Neurobiology and Behavior. In Dr. Schwartz’s laboratory, she is currently focusing on the role of glial cells in seizure dynamics and the spatiotemporal characteristics of interictal events. She is honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the field of epilepsy research and hopes to continue to do so throughout her career.
