McKenzie Minard is a pediatric registered nurse working with the Weill Cornell Neurological Surgery team. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College & State University, graduating with honors. Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, McKenzie worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where she developed strong critical thinking skills and effective time management. She has experience providing specialized care for pediatric patients and their families in high-acuity settings. McKenzie is deeply committed to patient advocacy and strives to ensure each patient receives exceptional care while making the outpatient experience seamless and efficient for families.
