Michael D. Lamb, MSN, CPNP‑PC, CPNP‑AC is a Senior Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. He works closely with the pediatric neurosurgery team to provide comprehensive surgical and non‑surgical care for children with complex neurological conditions.
Michael’s clinical focus includes hydrocephalus, pediatric neuro‑oncology, Chiari malformations, spinal dysraphism, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injury. He brings a broad clinical background spanning high‑acuity inpatient pediatrics, primary care, and clinical microbiology, allowing him to support patients and families across the full continuum of care.
Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Michael practiced at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where he was involved in pediatric neuro‑oncology research and clinical education. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Nursing’s accelerated nursing program and dual pediatric nurse practitioner programs.
