Murray Engel, M.D., is a professor of clinical pediatrics and neurology at the Weill Cornell Medical College, the director of the clinical service of the Division of Child Neurology, and a consultant at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Dr. Engel received his M.D. from the University of Chicago, then completed his residency in pediatrics at Yale New Haven Medical Center. He completed one fellowship in Adult Neurology at Yale New Haven Medical Center and another fellowship in Child Neurology at the Neurologic Institute at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Neurology (with special competence in Child Neurology), and at Weill Cornell Medicine he works closely with the Pediatric Epilepsy and NeuroMotor Disorders Programs.
